Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado 30 Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Cali y el Juzgado 1º Penal Municipal para Adolescentes con Función de Control de Garantías de Palmira.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambos despachos judiciales tienen competencia territorial para decidir la acción de tutela, la Corte decide respetar la elección que a prevención hizo el demandante y disponer que quien debe tramitarla es el juzgado de la ciudad de Cali, al que se le remite el expediente para que de manera inmediata adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 21 de marzo de 2018 proferido por el Juzgado Treinta Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Cali (Valle del Cauca) dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por el señor José Nilo Sevillano Valencia en contra de la empresa IMK S.A.S.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3336 que contiene la acción de tutela presentada por el señor José Nilo Sevillano Valencia al Juzgado Treinta Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Cali (Valle del Cauca), para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR a la parte actora y al Juzgado
